Villagers of Poothakkal (Madikai Panchayat, Kasaragod) was gathered at the compound of government school at poothakkal to memorize the historical events, as a part of people’s plan programme. They were discussed about several historical events, soon the discussion was moved to agricultural methods. Morangalath Paniker remembered a “Slokam” which deal the name of hundred paddy seeds.
