Kalathunkal Muthassi says about the atrocities of police officials prior to the Indian independence. Kalathunkal is a rural area in Madikai Panchayat, Kasaragod. "Did you have ever beaten by the police?" People asked her. Muthassi’s response to that question was wonderful. Some memories are important, some are more important. But her memories are most important to the villagers.
